Who's Who

Mr James Little - Chair of Governors
James is a co-opted parent governor with a background in IT and tele-communications.  He joined the Governing Body in 2012 and has been the Chair of the Governing Body since September 2018, having previously been Vice Chair. He takes part in all Governor meetings and has newly been appointed as a governor at Dedworth Middle School, within the Windsor Learning Partnership.
Mrs Nikki Craig - Vice Chair of Governors
Nikki has been a Governor at Dedworth Green First School since 2008 and as a Human Resources professional she brings a wealth of experience in relation to performance management, workforce development and employee relations, as well as passion for inclusion and ensuring our children get the best start possible in their education.  Nikki  is currently the lead governor for SEND, an area she has personal experience of, as well as lead governor for pupil premium and sports premium.  Nikki is also the named governor for Looked After children. 
Miss Louise Brown
Louise has been Head Teacher at Dedworth Green First School since January 2016.  Prior to this she was a co-opted member of the Governing Body as Deputy Head Teacher.  Before re-locating to Windsor, Louise was a Deputy Head Teacher at a large primary school in Doncaster and on the Senior Leadership Team at a primary school in Nottinghamshire.  
Mr Paul Cash
Paul has a finance background and works hard with our Business Manager to review and set the budgets. He has been a governor at the school since 2009.  He has previously been the Chair and Vice Chair of Governors and has a long standing commitment to the school.  Paul is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Windsor Learning Partnership.  He is the link governor for EYFS and Literacy.
Mr Clive Haines 
Clive has been a governor for many years within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and joined our Governing Body in October 2017. He also holds the position of Schools Leadership Development Manager within AFC. He currently trains all governors within maintained schools and Academies and also has a wide skill set that enables him to hold the school to account for the pupils it serves and heads up the school improvement team for AFC.  Clive has also been accredited as a National Leader in Governance by the National College of Teaching and Learning along with being a Governor Mark assessor nationally.  He is our named Governor for safeguarding.
Mr Narinder Sehra
Narinder is a parent governor with a background working in schools with IT equipment and support. He joined the Governing Body in December 2015 and has attended some IT related meetings with Windsor Learning Partnership.  He has responsibility for Health and Safety matters on the governing board and monitoring the school's website.
Miss Victoria Cetinich
Victoria has been the staff member of the Governing Body since September 2015.  Victoria joined the staff team in January 2014 having taught in schools in Croydon and Australia! Victoria is the school's Senco and also the Assistant Head Teacher.  
Miss Shelley Gardener
Shelley has been working as a teacher at Dedworth Green First School for two years. Previous to this she worked at Cookham Dean Primary School and White Waltham Academy whilst training to become a primary school teacher. Prior to working in education Shelley's background was working in Marketing and PR. Shelley is also the Humanities Subject Lead for the school. 
Miss Sophie Robertson
Sophie is a staff member of the governing body and has worked at Dedworth Green First School as a Nurture Teaching Assistant for 2 years and Lunchtime Supervisor for 3 and a half years.  As part of the Nurture team, Sophie deals with the Social and Emotional Wellbeing of all the children at DGFS as well as any behavioral difficulties.
Liz Bharj - Clerk to the Governors
Liz has been the Clerk to the Governing Body for a number of years, starting in post in 2012.  After having a period of absence in 2017, Liz returned to Dedworth Green in 2018 to resume Clerking duties.  Liz clerks for a number of other schools within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
