Admissions
Choosing the right school for your child is a big step for the whole family. We’d love to welcome you to visit our school, meet our staff, and chat with the children to see what life here is really like. That way, you can feel confident about the choice you make together.
We have regular school tours for interested parents - if you are interested in attending one of these, or have any questions or queries please contact our school office on 01753 861668 or email office@dedworthgreenfirst.com
Admissions for Reception are handled by The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Schools Admissions. They can be contacted via the RBWM Website or school.admissions@rbwm.gov.uk.

Admissions for Years 1-4 are handled by us, the school. An In-year Transfer Form needs to be completed which can be found at the bottom of this page or downloaded via the RBWM Website. The completed form should then be taken to our school office along with your child's original birth certificate and proof of address.
Nursery
If you’d like your child to join our Nursery, please get in touch with our School Office on 01753 861668. Our friendly team will be happy to chat with you about available sessions and guide you through the registration process.
To register, you’ll need to complete a Nursery Application Form and bring your child’s original birth certificate to the office so we can take a copy.
From September 2017, working parents may be entitled to 30 hours of free childcare. You can find more details in the leaflet below. At present, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) funds 15 nursery hours (5 sessions) per week for every child aged 3 and 4, starting the term after they turn 3. If you’d like extra sessions beyond the 15 funded hours (and you’re not eligible for the 30‑hour scheme), these are available at a cost of £15 per session, payable directly to the school.
Please note that a place in our Nursery does not automatically guarantee a place in our Reception class and you will still need to apply for a place in Reception via RBWM (full details can be found on their website).
