• Panathlon Champions!

  14 Key Stage 2 pupils attended the Windsor School Sports Partnership Panathlon competition today, with one of our teams winning the whole event!

   

  The children competed in a number of skill events such as table cricket, curling, bowling, bean bag throw and others.

   

  Not only did our pupils compete brilliantly but they also behaved impeccably, competed as hard as they could and worked well as teams, and they proud ambassadors of the school. Well done everyone!

  

• Christmas Fair

  What a fantastic Christmas Fair! It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the range of stalls and games on Saturday and a huge thank you to our brilliant PTA. Thanks to everyone's generosity, we raised £729!

  

• Lanternfest 2024

  It was wonderful to welcome our families to our Lanternfest performance yesterday. It was lovely celebrating together as a whole school community and we must say a big thank you to Mr Fletcher for organising the event.

  

• Rag2Riches fundraising

• Singing Assembly

• Year 4 Leaver's Assembly

  Year 4 had a wonderful send off today in their Leaver's Assembly. We are so proud of them all and they are going to be amazing at their middle schools! 

  
  We also awarded our new award for the first time - The Ripley Award. Named after Mrs Ripley who has been working at DGFS for over sixty years, The Ripley Award celebrates the child who has embodied the DGFS values and expectations throughout their time at DGFS. The award is voted for by all the adults who work in the school and by the Year 4 pupils themselves. Well done to our first winner and runner up!
